Tea pickers at Shi Feng from top今早讀到一個英國女營養師分享Happy Food,甚有同感。茶由產地到給人享用,經歷的步驟相當多 – 茶樹的品種,地域,氣候,土壤;茶樹的培植,保養,採擇的時間,製作過程(晒青、搖或碰青、炒青、烘青等);挑選,包裝,到消費者。尤以傳統手工製作、包裝的茶,背後全是由不同的人合作而成。常常勉勵同事,每個有份接觸茶的人都好重要,試想想這個美麗的畫面:茶農高高興興唱着家鄉歌來採茶;製茶師傅晝夜不眠地把茶弄到滿意的水平;創作團隊用心把茶葉的特點通過文字及圖像讓客人理解;包裝茶葉的工人用心地把茶葉整理好並把茶葉包裝得漂漂亮亮;茶師專心一意地泡出茶的香氣及味道;客人尊重及珍惜地呷每一口茶。咁多正能量加埋一齊仲唔係開心茶,Happy Tea咩?
