茶=水?


最近家父請我到中環一家米芝蓮的高級食府吃午餐。我由辦公室趕去,爸媽喜歡亦習慣我來到才開茶,只點了滾水。第一次光顧,我都會點人家的茶喝,表示尊重。問侍應生有其麼茶可選擇及茶錢多少一位,她是炒散(即part-time),答得唔清唔楚。後來跑來的經理,一開口答我話飲茶定水都係28蚊。他答得理所當然,但我聽得氣憤,你收我錢無問題,但咁答人係乜嘢態度?!如果茶同水一樣,咁鮑魚同冬菇都應該係一樣!這真是值得反思,是我們做茶人做得唔夠好,定係大部分人已根心固地定了茶死罪?
